Receive personalized, one-on-one meditation lesson and support, based on the teachings of Kriya Yoga. Learn to meditate with long-time meditators, who will offer both personal experience and deep wisdom from yogic teachings.
The techniques taught in the class are part of the path of Kriya yoga as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda.
This introductory class will offer
A basic meditation technique that works with your breath and helps relax at will
Tips and tools to build a daily meditation practice
A wealth of online resources on various topics
Option to schedule follow up one on one session to learn further or personal coaching
The cost of the first lesson is $80. The session (lasting between 60 to 90 minutes) will include instructions on the techniques and a brief guided meditation led by the instructor.

Meditate in the Temple on this special evening of celebration. Today is Swami Kriyananda’s birthday. The meditation will be followed by a 6pm dinner outside in the temple piazza and a musical tribute. Reserve and pay for dinner in advance here; the evening program is free.
