Ananda Yoga
Ananda Yoga combines the best of a revitalizing workout with a gentle inward approach that leaves you feeling mentally rejuvenated and peaceful.
One of the unique features of Ananda Yoga is the use of affirmations with each pose to enhance the mental, spiritual, and physical benefits of the postures. Our instructors are certified postures professionals as well as longtime meditators.
With abundant natural light, high ceilings, and hardwood floors, the Ananda Yoga studio is a beautiful place for the practice of yoga. We’re located in a historic mission-style church near Stanford University.

Learn how to calm your mind, still your body, and open the doorway to the joy of your soul. Each session will include pranayama (breathing exercises), guided meditation, and a dynamic asana practice to help release stress and anxiety. Ideal for all skill levels.
