Happy Heart Spiritual Playdate

Seeking Truth is a search that begins at every stage of life; join other Ananda families for an afternoon of exploration through play, dance, yoga postures, song and much more as we discover the inner light of JOY that shines in each of us.

Come together and, as Swami Kriyananda advises us in Life’s Little Secrets for Children, “Have fun. Play. Enjoy life! The secret to living well is to live always with a happy heart.” This spiritual playdate is created for children ages 2-6, but all are welcome. Parent supervision required during the playdate.

Brahmacharini Lakshmi

Lakshmi is an Ananda minister and one of the co-managers of Ananda Palo Alto. She also serves as an English teacher and a mediator at a local high school, dedicated to merging mindfulness and academics in a professional setting. She is a thoughtful and delightfully engaging teacher at Ananda, as well. Lakshmi serves Ananda Palo Alto in many ways, with a rare gift for organizing major projects with ease.
