All food will be lovingly prepared with fresh produce from the farm and filled with vital prana. Our chef for the evening will be Saiganesh and his team of helpers. The feast includes (and perhaps more based on seasonal harvest) :
Strawberry chamomile iced tea
Beet salad with herbed goat cheese & walnuts
Roasted broccoli and potato salad
Fresh baked olive & rosemary sourdough bread
Zucchini & onion scarpaccia (Gluten free flatbread) with basil crema
Honey yogurt with tomato jam and toasted nuts
The evening’s musical interludes are Shakespearean, with lyrics from his plays set to beautiful music by Swamiji. Musicians: Tandava, Suryani, Keshava and friends.
