A yogic lifestyle emphasizes the balance of body and mind, offering practices that enhance our well-being on every level—physical, mental, and spiritual.

This 10-week course provides a practical introduction to the fundamentals of living a Yogic life, guiding us in spiritualizing various aspects of our lives, with meditation as a central practice.
