We will practice strengthening asanas, movement flow, affirmation, pranayama, deep relaxation and meditation, with modifications offered to support every body. Yoga Sadhana goes beyond a simple yoga postures class; it focuses on harmonizing the body, mind, and spirit by emphasizing: asanas to direct and control the body's energy, pranayama to enhance vitality, and meditation to calm the mind and achieve inner peace. It is a practice designed to uplift and awaken the practitioner's spiritual consciousness while promoting physical health and mental clarity.
