Asana practice, or yoga postures, is the “front door” into the world of spirit. Ananda Yoga blends physical postures with affirmations to swing open that doorway, allowing us to experience inner peace and calmness.
In this weekly class, we will learn skills and techniques to expand our self-awareness, accessing our inner potential. Each session will include pranayama (breathing exercises), guided meditation, and a dynamic asana practice to help release stress and anxiety.
Ideal for all skill levels. All postures can be modified to suit any level of strength or flexibility.
