Each year, Ananda Palo Alto comes together in remembrance and celebration of Rajarshi Janakananda, the most advanced disciple of Paramhansa Yogananda, whose birth anniversary falls on May 5th. This event honors his life of service to God and guru by dedicating time and energy to beautifying the temple grounds.

Join us for a day of community service, where projects will be available for all ages and talents. Whether it’s landscaping, deep cleaning, organizing, or more, there’s something for everyone to contribute.
