Walking Meditation: "Love Breathing"

What would happen if every time you remembered God, you automatically felt an inner surge of love joy? Life would become more and more living in God’s love, living in God’s joy.

In this class series you will learn to use the tools of breathing and walking, to transform each “Moment of God Remembrance” into a “Moment of Joyful, Loving Remembrance.”

With training and enjoyable practice, Joyful, Loving God Remembrance can become a natural habit, as natural as breathing and walking.
