This class combines active and calming asanas with soothing breath awareness to balance the nervous system and foster relaxation. This is a dynamic relaxation that utilizes movement to call in fresh energy—to prepare you to remain at peace in the midst of life’s changing tides. Take the time to melt away the stresses of life and re-center in your higher Self.
Class will take place on the Ananda community green—for as long as seasonal weather permits—and then move inside to our beautiful yoga studio.
