6 week immersion, Thursdays 7/14 - 8/18, Saturdays 7/30 & 8/13

Amidst the intensity of life, there are tools within us to access, at well, calmness, contentment, clarity, and strength. Meditation is proven to heal stress and anxiety and is known to help cultivate success, joy, positivity, and balanced well-being.

Empower yourself with the skills and habits to cultivate joy, navigate challenges and live a meaningful life. Join with fellow teens throughout the Bay Area to learn how to meditate and access your highest potential.

6-7PM Yoga (1 hr)
7-7:25 Meditation & Pranayama (25 min)
7:30-8:00 Potluck
8:00-8:15 Introduction to Topic
8:15-8:30 Experiential Exercises / Discussion
8:30-8:45 Deepening Concepts
8:45-9:0o Final Integration, Application, and Sharing

In this weekly teen circle we will learn and practice:

  • Attitudes and habits for right living

  • Yoga postures, breathing techniques & meditation

  • Affirmations & the power of thought

  • The power of concentration, energy, and personal magnetism

  • Techniques of self-mastery

  • The nature of happiness

  • How to cultivate an fulfilling inner life
