Challenges and hard times are ripe with spiritual opportunity. The world today is coping with an unforeseen pandemic. The most effective antidote to the fear and anxiety surrounding us is to uplifting our consciousness through meditation and satsang. Thanks to the internet, we can still congregate online and share spiritual inspiration to face the challenges before us. This online series will focus on one theme each week and will include inspirational sharing, guided exercises, devotional chanting and 30 minutes of meditation and healing prayers.
