The Art of Superconscious Living

  • Ananda Palo Alto 2171 El Camino Real Palo Alto, CA, 94306 United States (map)

Wednesday evenings at the Ananda Temple, or over zoom

You have within you three levels of consciousness.

  • The Subconscious stores everything we have already experienced--in this life, and all previous incarnations. Formed by the past, the subconscious often controls our responses to the present moment. When we are living from the subconscious, habit takes over and it is easier to default into established patterns rather than chart new, more challenging courses of action.

  • The Superconscious is the portal to our infinite potential and our connecting link to the Divine. This state of consciousness holds the essence of our purpose, our destiny, our fulfillment. It takes creativity, energy and courage to embrace this greater reality.

  • The Conscious state is not a distinct realm in itself, but rather the battleground where the subconscious and superconscious compete for our commitment. It is a moment by moment choice--to continue on a familiar subconscious path or to embrace a new, superconscious awareness.

In this course you’ll systematically explore these three levels of consciousness, how they interrelate and affect everything you do. It’s a step-by-step method of resolving inner conflicts, releasing energy blocks, overcoming childhood and past life traumas that limit you in the present time. You’ll learn to be positive, energetic, and enthusiastic no matter what apparent obstacles life brings your way.

Swami Kriyananda developed this step by step system for taking charge of our own destiny. In this course, led by Asha, we will learn the principles and practice the techniques of this transformational way of life.

Full series $60, Single class $15, No cost for contributing members of Ananda (If you wish to participate remotely, email someone on staff to receive zoom link)
