Wednesdays, Dec 4th and 11th,, 7pm, Join us in person or on livestream
Join us for delightful storytelling, poetry, music and dance as we visit the lives of these two great saints who lived in the late 1100s, together founding orders for both men and women who would take vows to live simple yet joyful lives serving the poor and the marginalized.
Francis was a joyful servant who loved God by seeing Him in all things.
Claire was deeply devoted and powerfully committed to living a life purely in God as well.
Francis was one of few saints who received the Stigmata, signifying his oneness with God in the form of Jesus Christ. Francis and Clare truly embodied Yogananda’s words of ‘simple living and high thinking.’
Miracles abound in the presence of the divine and those are the stories we will share, ones of dedication, devotion, simplicity and JOY in God’s presence.
What better way to usher in the birth of Christ than by celebrating the lives of those who allowed him to live through them.
