Prepare for the week ahead with this energetic and joyful yoga practice. This class includes dynamic postures for enhanced energy flow, followed by relaxing floor asanas.
We will incorporate a variety of life-force control techniques (pranayamas) and focus on the breath in the postures to harness fresh energy, expand awareness, and clear the mind. We will close our practice with a brief meditation.
Some experience with yoga asanas and healthy physical strength is recommended. This will take place on the Ananda community green—for as long as seasonal weather permits—and then move inside to our beautiful yoga studio.
