Recharge and Focus: Yogananda's Energization Exercises
The energization exercises are a set of 39 exercises developed by Yogananda to recharge the body battery and gain control over our subtle energy (prana) by using the mind's will.
When you can control your energy you can also control your thoughts, helping you develop radiant wellbeing and positive habits and attitudes.
In this 4 week series, we will
Learn and practice the energization exercises taught by Yogananda to recharge body, mind and soul
Explore the connection between will and energy, and ways to increase both
Strengthen our meditation practice by improving our ability to relax and focus
Each class will end with 30 mins of guided practice of pranayam, chanting and meditation.
