When building a meditation practice, learning to relax the body is as important as learning to quiet the mind. In this 2-part series, Keshava Betts will present pranayama techniques, yoga postures, stretches, and more to provide insight into the ways that we can bring awareness to and work with the subtle energy flow in our physical bodies to support a deeper meditation practice.

$15 for one, $25 for both classes.
