A free community workshop in Menlo Park
How is it that some people seem calm and at peace no matter what happens in their life? Developing inner peace and calmness is a practice that changes our attitudes, and heightens our ability to stay centered, calm, uplifted and part of the solution to life’s problems, rather than feeling overwhelmed by them.
In this 90-minute workshop we will share a short talk, some music, and learn techniques for calming and expanding our energy.
