Meditation is one of the most natural and rewarding of all human activities. It gives direct, intuitive experience of higher realities. It is the central pillar in the teachings of yoga as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda.

This two-part class will introduce the beginning meditation technique taught by Yogananda on the path to Kriya Yoga. If you miss a class, you will receive a recording.

What you’ll learn in an Ananda meditation class
