Meditation gives direct, intuitive experience of higher realities. It is the central pillar in the teachings of yoga as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda.
This four-part class will introduce the beginning meditation technique taught by Yogananda on the path to Kriya Yoga. The last class will be an experiential that will be include a whole hour gentle stretches, yoga and breathing exercises to prepare the body and breath for a deep meditation exercises, followed by guided practice.
You will learn to relax your body, quiet your mind, awaken intuition and experience greater joy and creativity in daily life. This course includes in-class practice, tips on establishing your practice at home, online guided meditations, written instructions, unlimited (no-charge) re-take policy, and ongoing support in-person or online.
