  • Ananda Temple 2171 El Camino Real Palo Alto United States (map)

This event is open only to those who have already been initiated into practice of Kriya through Ananda

Led by Nayaswamis Parvati and Pranaba, Saturday, 7-11:30am, Suggested donation $40

Kriya Yoga, as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda, is a transformative path to spiritual freedom, offering a journey inward to discover one's true divine essence. This sacred practice empowers individuals to transcend the confines of the ego and the distractions of the material world, fostering a deep connection with the soul.

Through Kriya Yoga, we experience a heightened sense of inner peace, joy, and clarity, unveiling the limitless potential within. Yogananda emphasized that Kriya Yoga is a universal tool for Self-realization, accessible to all, enabling individuals to dissolve the barriers to spiritual freedom and live a life of greater joy, purpose, and harmony.

In this morning retreat led by Nayaswamis Parvati and Pranaba, we will re-inspire and rejuvenate our Kriya practice, rediscovering its power to awaken the heart, nurture spiritual growth, and lead to the ultimate realization of unity with the Divine. Join us to experience this timeless and universal gateway to Self-realization and liberation.
