Beautification enthusiasts: would you like to learn to design with flowers, beautify with fabrics, create altars, decorate for special events, or provide vital support to our temple’s weekly altar beautification team? Now is your chance! In this new workshop series, you are invited to share in the joy that comes from engaging in this devotional and transformative seva (service). Whether you envision yourself as a designer, an altar assistant, a worker bee, or a curious participant seeking creative ways to serve spiritually, discover the joy of being in the creative flow in this warm and welcoming setting. No experience is required—only an affinity for creating, and a desire to serve.

Workshop 1: Bouquet Design

Explore the fun you can have creating with flowers. Learn techniques and strategies for working with color, shape, size and texture, explore different bouquet personalities, and practice tuning into divine guidance and joy as you engage in a creative flow. Each participant will make several unique bouquet designs. Optional homework: Create a bouquet for your home, photograph it, & bring to class to share your experience.
