Kriya Yoga is an advanced meditation technique that accelerates one's spiritual growth, and was first made widely known by Paramhansa Yogananda through his Autobiography of a Yogi. Yogananda taught Kriya Yoga as part of a comprehensive spiritual path that includes other meditation techniques, along with discipleship to the lineage of Kriya Gurus. The actual Kriya technique is given through in-person initiation, and only after establishing a regular daily practice with other techniques.
This free hour long webinar will also include 15 mins of guided meditation based on the teachings of Yogananda.
