Kriya Yoga is an advanced meditation technique that accelerates one's spiritual growth. It has been preserved by Himalayan Yogis for centuries, and was most recently made widely known by Paramhansa Yogananda through his Autobiography of a Yogi.
Yogananda taught Kriya Yoga as part of a comprehensive spiritual path that includes other meditation techniques, along with discipleship to the lineage of Kriya Gurus. The actual Kriya technique is given through in-person initiation, and only after establishing a regular daily practice with other techniques.
The evening will end with a 15 min guided meditation. Participants will receive a free digital copy of the ebook "The Sacred Science of Kriya Yoga".
