Free community workshop celebrating the International day of Yoga
Yoga is much more than physical postures. It is the greatest science known to mankind for harmonizing with his innate soul nature.
Yogananda, the father of Yoga in the west, pioneered a revolution by bringing together the ancient teachings of the east with the practical efficiency of the west. His direct disciple, Swami Kriyananda furthered this mission by teaching, creating communities and authoring over 140 books.
This international day of Yoga let us honor this legacy by exploring the teachings of Yogananda on applying yogic principles to various aspects of one's life.
The morning is an immersion and an experience of living yoga. Each section will provide practical techniques and may include guided practices. Dress comfortably to do simple postures or movements.
