Join us for this four week class series to inspire your meditation practice. This course is perfect for anyone looking to strengthen or start building a daily meditation habit. The techniques taught will also serve as a first step on the path of kriya yoga.
Each week will include a lecture discussion and 20 mins or more of guided practices. There will also be an opportunity for a personalized coaching session with one of the instructors.
As part of the course, we will
- Discuss the science of meditation and learn a simple yet very effective meditation technique
- Explore the mind-body connection through guided postures and exercises
- Use the breath as a tool to relax at will
- Discuss ways to cultivate meditative awareness in daily activities
