Join us on this four week Journey to inspire your meditation practice. This course is perfect for anyone looking to strengthen or start building a daily meditation habit. The techniques taught will also serve as a first step on the path of kriya yoga.
Each week will include a lecture discussion and 20 mins or more of guided practices. There will also be an opportunity for one free personalized coaching session with one of the instructors.
As part of the course, we will
- Discuss the science of meditation and its effect on the brain
- Explore the mind-body connection through guided postures and exercises
- Use the breath as a tool to relax at will
- Discuss ways to cultivate meditative awareness in daily activities
