This interactive class includes lecture, story telling from personal experience, and group discussion on topics that support the development of this essential spiritual quality, including  common sense, daily introspection and analysis, and, best of all, meditation! Join us in-person on the Ananda Palo Alto Community Green for this morning of satsang and sharing.
