Join us for a harvest celebration and a delicious, farm-to-table fundraising lunch hosted outdoors at the Ananda Community in Mountain View (240 Monroe Drive).

Ananda valley farm is an expression of Yogananda's vision of simple living in harmony with nature. It is a haven of beauty in the middle of the Bay area that will serve Yogananda's work for decades to come.

Around 10 years ago, many members of Ananda palo alto enthusiastically pooled resources together in order to purchase the farm. From it's very humble and rustic beginnings it is now starting to take shape into something beautiful and magnetic.

Under the management of Navashen and Hailey over these last few years the operations have expanded into three farmer's markets a week during the season, along with a variety of farm-made goods ranging from delicious, prepared foods to health & wellness products.

The need now is to have a dedicated Product Shop where we can make and store all of our products to expand their amount, and the variety, allowing us to share them more widely. The estimated cost to do this is $25,000.

Join us for this celebration to hear more and to support this effort.

We will serve a delicious lunch with farm fresh produce including,

• Thai green curry with summer vegetables and tofu, Served with Rice

• Homemade sourdough bread & herbed butter

• Asian cabbage slaw with peanuts and cilantro

• Apple crisp with whipped cream
