Nayaswami Devarshi serves as the head of the Ananda India Monastery and is a long-time teacher of meditation and Kriya Yoga. He has been a dedicated member of Ananda since adulthood, working closely with Swami Kriyananda and serving in many areas of Ananda. He embodies the ideals of simple living and high thinking with wisdom, humor, and a devotional nature.
