Spend 3 weeks exploring the principles of will power, energy & magnetism, and devotion as a “scientific” and spiritual roadmap to deeper receptivity and attunement. Attunement is the foundation upon which we receive the ever-present grace of God; Yogananda tells us “attunement to the guru means complete, heartfelt acceptance of his guidance.” This acceptance takes dynamic energy and willingness. Through lecture and experience, we will learn techniques to concentrate our energy and to live for God alone!

Brahmacharini Lakshmi

Lakshmi is an Ananda minister and one of the co-managers of Ananda Palo Alto. She also serves as an English teacher and a mediator at a local high school, dedicated to merging mindfulness and academics in a professional setting. She is a thoughtful and delightfully engaging teacher at Ananda, as well. Lakshmi serves Ananda Palo Alto in many ways, with a rare gift for organizing major projects with ease.
