An evening sharing the spirit of Christmas singing favorite carols (there are SO many to enjoy) as well as Christmas songs by Swami Kriyananda. Words are provided so it’s easy for everyone to sing along. And there will be festive guitar accompaniment, too.

This year, instead of going door to door singing in our neighborhood, we’ll sing in a nearby multi-story garage — a “pick-up” caroling party, if you will. The acoustic of singing in this garage is spectacular. The choir has been basking in the beautiful sound for months, and now you get to, too. You’ll be outdoors with loads of fresh air, but completely sheltered from the weather at the same time.

Bring a folding chair, warm layers of clothes, a warm drink for yourself, and reading glasses. There’s plenty of illumination, so no need for a flashlight. Same protocol for this event as with other group gatherings: come if healthy.

• Look for the ramp to the upper floors.

• Drive up to the 3rd floor. Park. Sing.
