The Mahabharata is a sacred allegory which, when studied through the lens of Paramhansa Yogananda’s teachings, offers keys to understanding the intricate dance between right action and delusion. Through this lens, stories and characters come alive, giving way to a deeper understanding of the complexity of this battle which each spiritual seeker fights as he journeys back to his true home in God.
A gifted storyteller who is well-studied in this subject, Ananda Village Minister Tim Tschantz will guide us through an afternoon of story-telling, interpretation, and inner-exploration, as we reflect on the characters and situations of this Indian epic and the mirror they hold up to each of us on our own journey. All of Master’s teachings are hidden in this colorful story and will bring us deeper understanding of the battle we fight within our own consciousness everyday. Not to be missed, join Tim Tschantz in this thoughtful, exploratory, and powerful afternoon immersed in The Mahabharata.
