Dynamic attunement: Deepening our connection with God & Guru

Attunement is the essence of discipleship. The deeper the disciple’s attunement, the more perfect an instrument he becomes for the guru’s grace.

This practice is not a technique, but the entirety of the spiritual path. In this morning class we will explore this concept with a panel of teachers, many of whom are visiting ministers from the younger generation of leaders at Ananda village.

The morning will include discussion on various aspects and ways of deepening our connection to the spiritual path such as meditation, service, practice of devotion and much more. Swami Kriyananda’s music will be woven into the sharing as a way for us to attune to the essence of these teachings.

There will also be opportunities for group discussion and interactive experiences.

Suggested donation $30, Contributing members of Ananda are welcome to attend free of cost

Jitendra Guindon

Jitendra Guidon, Director of Online with Ananda’s Online Outreach ministry, is a disciple of Paramhansa Yogananda living at Ananda Village in Northern California. While serving with Ananda, he enjoys spreading the ancient teachings of Yoga to all truth seekers around the world and look forward to connecting with new friends from different backgrounds and affiliations.

Tyagi Dhyan lives at Ananda Village and serves with the Online Ministry, enthusiastically sharing the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda with others. With clear insight and joy, Dhyan extends loving support to truth seekers everywhere.

Saiganesh Sairaman

Saiganesh is an Ananda minister and one of the co-managers of Ananda Palo Alto. He is a deeply thoughtful, clear speaker, and connects easily with people. He has a passion for sharing the teachings of Kriya yoga and meditation. A world citizen, he grew up in a traditional Hindu family in India and was trained as an Indian Classical musician. He is a former tech manager in the silicon valley, and applies his tech acumen to many Ananda projects.

Navashen Jones

Navashen helps others fulfill their highest potential through the Ananda teachings in a fun, positive atmosphere. Before Ananda, he was involved in operations services for baseball teams, and as Director of Operations at Facebook’s corporate fitness center. Navashen teaches meditation, and also has a gift for working with young children through nature awareness activities and guided play. He serves in many ways with kindness, a ready smile, and a deep wellspring of inner calmness.
