Advanced Kriya Review

This is not an initiation; for those who have already received the 3rd and 4th Kriya initiations at Ananda.

The evening includes:

  • A brief talk focusing on an aspect of the 3rd and 4th Kriya techniques

  • Time for questions and answers

  • A brief guided practice of the techniques, followed by a silent longer period of practice.

An opportunity to deepen and renew our practice together.

Nayaswami Shanti

Nayaswami Shanti is a lifelong devotee and is now a co spiritual director here at Ananda Palo Alto. She teaches, counsels and still maintains a practice of medicine through her coaching practice of “Transformational Medicine.” Her talks are rich with stories from her life as a physician and her many years on the path.
